Refund policy
We will exchange any item that is defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have passed since the carrier marked the item as "delivered", we will not offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in the original packaging. Email hello@charlijostationery.com with your order number to get your exchange started. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email hello@charlijostationery.com.
